You can have your choice of white, whole wheat (my fav), or an oregano/red pepper crust!!! The frozen ball of dough will give you many choices. You can go for a large, really deep dish style of pizza, or you can cut the dough in half and make two medium-large thin crust pizzas or you can even cut the dough into fourths and let the family make mini-personalized pizzas!!!
