This is not your Grandma's "shoe leather" liver you remember from your childhood! These are sliced thick with beneficial healthy vitamins and minerals: Iron, Vitamin A, and all the B vitamins. These cuts will be tender and delectable with a little bone broth sauce and onions. Add fresh mushrooms and serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
