Sorghum Barbeque Sauce

We found this recipe on another sorghum grower’s website, www.muddypondsorghum.com, and loved it! Very easy and very tasty! I have increased the sorghum and cut out the white sugar completely, and it turned out fine… we like the extra sorghum taste :)

Serves: Depends what you're using it for, or how much people put on their pork sandwiches :) Lasts the four of us several meals
Vegetarian!

Ingredients
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup sorghum molasses
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 tsp prepared mustard
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together, boil, and enjoy!
