This Apple Cider Jelly is a recipe I learned from my mom. When I was young, my family made this together and packaged it up at Christmas time for our loved ones. It has a bold apple cider taste. We travel to Amish Country to get freshly pressed cider from a small backroad market. It’s great on crackers, over cream cheese, on peanut butter sandwiches, or, as my husband likes it—over vanilla ice cream. It’s also a delicious glaze on fruit pizza. Contains: fresh apple cider, sugar and pectin. We hope it becomes a favorite in your home as it is in ours.
