New Vendor Introduction

So, in the past couple of weeks, I have chatted with Old Souls Farm, and then I also have a couple out of Springfield, coming on the market, both with different varieties of microgreens!!

Old Souls will announce, after the first of the year, when their microgreens will be ready…

And, I am excited that we have, Next Fresh Thing, LLC joining us, now!! They have listed some of their microgreens, for this week, with more to come after the new year!

Here is an intro from them, and I am so excited to welcome them to the market family!!

A note from LaQuan and Krista:

Hello we are Next Fresh Thing LLC.

We wanted to introduce the Next Fresh Thing, MICROGREENS!!!

They are an alternative healthy source for natural vitamins, nutrients, protein, and many other health benefits which we grow locally all year.

LaQuan and Krista are here to fill a gap that is needed in our local community. We both grew up farming/gardening so together our individual skill sets work together to create, maintain, and grow Next Fresh Thing.

The Holiday Market!

Hey, now! Thank you, so much, for another great market!!

And, can you even believe that we are down to just one more market of the year?? Where has this time gone?

2022 has been a great one, for me, and hoping the same has gone for each of you. I know that seeing your smiling faces, each week, is always a high point of the year!

So, yes…next Thursday is our last pick up until the market, each manager, the vendors, and my dad, the official market helper, all take a much needed two week break. Well, my dad will be off to his winter months at the beach, and, I will be off to FLA, for a few days, to see my sweet grand babe, Lennon, and gang, down there, but then will return, to get the 2023 Locally Grown Market off to a kickin’ good time!

Also, upon our return, I will be announcing new vendors, AND, a collab that I know you all will love, and want to help, as I give you more information!

So, I will reopen the market for this last holiday market week, but also, we have vendors who are taking off, a week early, and I will list the vendors who have alerted me!

Each of them wants you to know that you mean the world to them, and they look forward to bringing you more of their products in 2023!

Market Monday!

One of my very favorite songs of the season…and, perfect for getting into the groove of last minute shopping, or getting started shopping, or kicking back enjoying the sights and sounds, or, and yes, ordering from this little local, holly, jolly online market!

If you love the thought of giving local, we are your perfect place! So much to offer in products! Or, planning to stock your cabinets, fridge and freezer for the holiday rush? Just an FYI…we will be running this market, all the way up to December 22nd, for your pick up. After that, we will go into our annual two week, holiday shutdown, to give you, our vendors, and your managers, a bit of a winter break!

Lately, I’ve been reliving my Madonna days of the early to mid 80s. She was heavily featured in my Thanksgiving playlist, and well, now…how perfect to kick off the days that are heading into the official holiday season.

I mean, if you want to get groovy for the day, just turn up this song, and get to dancing it all out…

Also, as you know, I am back in action!! And, have added a couple of holiday baked items that may interest you for your holiday needs. I’ve added my Cosmic Fudge, and a new breakfast roll…the Stuffed Sugaree…so yum!

I feel like I was gone for so long…well, a whole month with the arrival of babe Lennon, and then with dental work, but it feels great to be back in the swing of things!

Also, I know that you are all wondering about eggs. All the chickens seem to take their own holiday, all at once. But all egg vendors are chanting, pleading, and babying their chickens for more eggs!

So, it’s Tuesday, and the market will close at 8am, today…get those orders in for Thursday!!

It’s so great to be back!! I will see you all on Thursday at pick up!!
