We live on a farm in the Mingo Valley, between the Ohio Caverns & Mingo in northeast Champaign Co. I make elderberry syrup, tincture & gummies. We use US dried elderberries (sustainably grown, without pesticides, fertilizers or chemicals) & raw local honey. This spring I am planning to grow some of our own elderberries. I also am planning to use the elder flower for some products, they also have many health benefits.
