Madison's Gluten-Free Baking
Hey there! My name is Madison. I am a young teenager who has suffered from a gluten allergy for many years. I didn’t know it though, until about four years ago. At that time, I went off gluten completely and my intense physical numbnesses and pains disappeared.
However, I missed the ooey, gooey, chocolaty chocolate-ness of a triple chocolate cookie, the simple heaven-in-your-mouth taste and texture of a homemade roll, the classic delightfulness of a chocolate chip cookie … and the list goes on.
I realized that all the other gluten-free people out there must feel the same way, left out of the joys of life, as we watch others devouring all sorts of goodies, candy, and treats while we eat the just-better-than-disgusting, pre-packaged, gluten-free store-bought items.
And so, I started my quest for delicious gluten-free baked goods. I have been very successful in this quest and I can’t wait to share all these delicious, mouth-watering baked goods with you!
Disclaimer: I strive to keep any gluten cross-contamination out of my baking. I bake on the opposite side of the kitchen (away from the side where a small amount of gluten is occasionally used), and I have all my own supplies. For this reason, I cannot claim to be 100% gluten-free, just 99.9%! :)
