So, Bread Heads.....Cosmic Charlie is now offering the Cosmic Frozen Pizza Dough, that is so popular around town, at the virtual market! You can have your choice of white, whole wheat (my fav), or an oregano/red pepper crust!!! The frozen ball of dough will give you many choices. You can go for a large, really deep dish style of pizza, or you can cut the dough in half and make two medium-large thin crust pizzas or you can even cut the dough into fourths and let the family make mini-personalized pizzas!!! It's not a muffin, it's not a biscuit, it's not a roll....it's everything all in one! Introducing the new Cosmic Magnolia "Hippie Breakfast Cookie"! Full of Cosmic goodness...still no dairy, no oils...the difference is that this is not a yeast product like my breads. Cosmic Charlie has taken all of the rockin' goodness of Cosmic bread and come up with the Cosmic version of focaccia!! Focaccia is a traditional, flat, oven baked bread topped with herbs, left plain, or topped with roasted vegetables. (Well, at least in Cosmic Land!) It also is usually drizzled with olive oil. The Cosmic version brings you a GREAT focaccia without the added oil or sea salt. It is a lovely, round, flat version of my bread that looks like a personal Cosmic pizza! They are so popular that I cannot keep them for more than 20minutes at any farmer's market because they sell so quickly! Order one and see what all of the ruckus is about!! This variety is a roasted garlic version using Mary Jane garlic! Mary Jane is a variety of garlic that is one of the kickiest, spiciest garlics, around!! My garlic comes only from the local, chem free, garlic farm of JCGrowers!!! Cosmic Charlie is the only person to have access to the Mary Jane variety!!

One of Cosmic's first breads that paved the way for my bread business!! *The name of this bread is, Sugaree(not to be confused with SugarFREE...the title of a Grateful Dead song, one of my signature breads and the license plate on my little VW bug..:) This bread is my basic french bread recipe with swirls of organic dark brown sugar, organic sugar, and layers of cinnamon. This is so good eaten alone, toasted, or as french toast. One bite and you will be singing..."Shake it, Sugaree..."
