What's better on a warm, sunny day than a chilled soup? Not a run of the mill gazpacho, but something that comes alive with the flavors of the season! This soup's star is a lightly cooked yellow squash with leeks. It then gets a bit of zing with fresh lemon, and a dash of coriander, a bit of flavorful vegetable stock, all blended to make a smooth, chilled soup. This soup will include one of my Cosmic Herbal Explosion rolls for dipping!! If you would like to add your own sour cream or creme fraiche, that would be perfect right before you plan to serve.

Black beans, roasted tomatoes, corn, peppers, and adobo chilis...all combined to give you a smoky, slightly spicy, lovely soup! Cosmic soups are always good for your soul!! Perfectly paired with any of my breads or rolls!! For the summer months, I am including one of my Cosmic Sourdough/Cheddar rolls to make this an easy summer lunch or dinner. The roll is perfect for dipping in the soup to get all of the southwest flavorings...

We make our own, in house, pizza sauce for all of our special order pizzas, and our summertime, Pizza Farm Friday pizzas! The sauce is such a hit that we decided to sell it, in 14 oz. containers, for those of you who love purchasing the Hippie's Cosmic frozen pizza crusts, and making your own pizzas at home! It's the perfect amount for one large pizza! It also makes a great marinara sauce to serve over pasta for a quick dinner!
