You can have your choice of white, whole wheat (my fav), or an oregano/red pepper crust!!! The frozen ball of dough will give you many choices. You can go for a large, really deep dish style of pizza, or you can cut the dough in half and make two medium-large thin crust pizzas or you can even cut the dough into fourths and let the family make mini-personalized pizzas!!! The dough will already have been kneaded so all it needs is a loving thaw, rolled out on your fav pizza pan, topped with your fav toppings and baked!! It all started when I entered a cook-off at the local farm market. I knew I wanted to make a rockin' panini and needed the perfect bread as my backdrop. I came up with an oregano bread and then I kicked it up with a bit of heat by adding red pepper flakes to the dough. And, what goes the best with oregano and red pepper flakes? Parmesan! My panini creation started with my oregano bread, slices of provolone cheese, roasted banana peppers, carmelized garlic (spread on the slices of bread), slices of juicy tomatoes...all grilled into an award winning panini! My love of music and of course, all things Grateful Dead, gave this sandwich the song title of...Scarlet Begonias/Fire On The Mountain...the scarlet of the tomatoes and the kick of the bread/peppers/garlic were the fire... *It is a bread that sells out the quickest at all farmer's markets!

Cosmic Charlie has taken all of the rockin' goodness of Cosmic bread and come up with the Cosmic version of focaccia!! Focaccia is a traditional, flat, oven baked bread topped with herbs, left plain, or topped with roasted vegetables. (Well, at least in Cosmic Land!) It also is usually drizzled with olive oil. The Cosmic version brings you a GREAT focaccia without the added oil or sea salt. It is a lovely, round, flat version of my bread that looks like a personal Cosmic pizza! They are so popular that I cannot keep them for more than 20minutes at any farmer's market because they sell so quickly! Order one and see what all of the ruckus is about!! This variety is an oregano/red pepper kicky version of focaccia! Once it comes out of the oven, it gets a sprinkling of grated parmesan cheese! A fan favorite!!

Hearty and grainy and full of flavor. *All natural whole wheat flour, rye flour, unbleached wheat flour, kosher salt, yeast, water,chem-free onion powder. *Home Baked *Rockin' Rye has developed quite a following....if you are a lover of the rye bread, you need to try this version! I have been told that it is an amazing bread! I am a total Rockin' Rye Bread Head so I cannot recommend this bread, enough! Great on it's own, it makes a lovely toast, and is great for cubing up and serving with a kickin' dip! *I love to grill and one of my favorite burger grilling versions is a grilled burger with grilled onions, piled on top, a sprinkling of crumbles of a great bleu cheese and all served on slices of grilled Rockin' Rye...soooooo good!!!
