Cosmic Charlie has taken all of the rockin' goodness of Cosmic bread and come up with the Cosmic version of focaccia!! Focaccia is a traditional, flat, oven baked bread topped with herbs, left plain, or topped with roasted vegetables. (Well, at least in Cosmic Land!) It also is usually drizzled with olive oil. The Cosmic version brings you a GREAT focaccia without the added oil or sea salt. It is a lovely, round, flat version of my bread that looks like a personal Cosmic pizza! They are so popular that I cannot keep them for more than 20minutes at any farmer's market because they sell so quickly! Order one and see what all of the ruckus is about!! This variety is a roasted garlic version using Mary Jane garlic! Mary Jane is a variety of garlic that is one of the kickiest, spiciest garlics, around!! My garlic comes only from the local, chem free, garlic farm of JCGrowers!!! Cosmic Charlie is the only person to have access to the Mary Jane variety!!

One of Cosmic's first breads that paved the way for my bread business!! *The name of this bread is, Sugaree(not to be confused with SugarFREE...the title of a Grateful Dead song, one of my signature breads and the license plate on my little VW bug..:) This bread is my basic french bread recipe with swirls of organic dark brown sugar, organic sugar, and layers of cinnamon.
